Fresh Residence, based in alexandria virginia, is a real estate investment company. Investing in something real. We buy homes in any condition for cash, remodel and resell. In some cases we tear down older, functionally obsolete houses and build a new one from ground up, helping to create more livable housing and revitalize local communities. Since our inception in 1996, we've been responsible for designing and construction of single-family residences, townhomes, and condos for thousands of homebuyers and bringing them closer to shopping, dining, metro, and business districts. Our in-house team of Interior Designers, Construction Professionals, and Architect partners consistently reinvent our beautiful homes to adapt to industry trends, all driven by a shared purpose to improve how people experience the places we build.
